Clear rules for renewals, cancellations and refunds.

Your subscription is managed through the provider used for the purchase: Stripe for web checkout or Google Play for an Android purchase. DRH uses verified provider status to control household access.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing provider's process and normally leaves verified access available through the paid-through period. Uninstalling the app or deleting a browser shortcut does not cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility is subject to the billing provider's rules, applicable law and the circumstances of the charge. Contact support if you need help identifying the provider used for your DRH subscription.

If the billing provider reports that a subscription is no longer access-eligible, DRH can restrict paid access while preserving account information as allowed by the service rules.

Household information can remain saved if paid access ends, with essential account, privacy, support, deletion and logout controls available where appropriate.
