How we handle website, Early Access, and household information.
This policy explains the information Peake Technology LLC collects through the Daily Routine Help website and how approved information may be used as the service is prepared and operated.
Early Access information
When you join Early Access, we may collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, household size, billing interval interest, comments, and communication preferences.
How Early Access information is used
We use it to manage the Early Access list, understand household needs, send requested updates, prevent duplicate or improper enrollment, and prepare approved launch communications.
Website analytics and advertising measurement
We may use website analytics, Vercel services, and advertising measurement tools to understand site performance, improve the customer experience, and measure campaigns. These tools must not be treated as permission to expose private household information.
Google Play subscriptions
Initial launch subscriptions are planned through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payment details. Daily Routine Help may receive and store limited subscription, purchase-verification, entitlement, plan, trial, renewal, and status information needed to provide household access.
Household and role privacy
Household information must remain household-scoped and permission-aware. Billing details are limited to the Billing Owner and authorized Billing Manager. Adult Child, Teen, Kid, and Caregiver roles do not receive household billing access.
Information after access ends
Your household information will remain saved if trial or paid access ends. Normal paid features may be restricted while essential account, billing, privacy, support, export, deletion, and logout controls remain available where legally and technically appropriate.
Background AI
Approved background AI may help organize information or suggest missing details after separate approval. It is not a customer-facing assistant and must not make medical, health, legal, billing, financial, emergency, security, role, permission, entitlement, refund, or other protected decisions.
Children and family privacy
The public website and Early Access form are intended for parents or adults. Do not submit sensitive child, medical, financial, legal, or private family details in public or Early Access comment fields.
Security and limitations
We use approved authentication, authorization, household-scoping, and access-control practices as they are implemented and verified. No internet service can promise absolute security, and unverified protections are not described as complete.
Communications
If you request updates, we may contact you about testing, Early Access, launch readiness, availability, subscription information, and important service changes. You may use available unsubscribe or support options.
