We may process contact details, account identifiers, authentication data, household names, member names, roles and information you enter so the service can operate and show the right people the right household details.

We may receive Stripe or Google Play subscription, entitlement, purchase, renewal, cancellation and status information needed to provide access, prevent duplicate access grants and support your account. DRH does not ask you to enter payment-card details into the public marketing website.

Approved background smart assistance may securely process limited information through third-party AI providers to organize information or produce suggestions. Protected billing, authentication, role, permission, privacy, medical, legal, financial and emergency decisions remain outside AI control.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and access-control safeguards intended to help protect household information.
